Exciting Update from Boreala Management
As a valued partner of Boreala Management, we wanted to share some very exciting changes within our team with you.
As you are aware, Boreala Management has continued to evolve since the company’s launch as Piron Ward in 2012. Our clients’ best interests have been at the heart of every transition in our corporate journey, and it is with you, our clients and partners, in mind that we are embarking on the next phase of our evolution.
We are delighted to announce that effective immediately, David Ward will be transitioning the company to a new ownership team.

The New Boreala Management Partners
Katharine Evans :
A member of the Boreala team since March 2013, Katharine has worked in various positions within the firm supporting our clients and has led key internal initiatives such as the re-branding and re-naming of the firm in 2017. Katharine has a strong leadership background, working with global organizations and family run businesses. Katharine moved into the position of Managing Director in May 2018, managing all corporate operations, whilst also playing a lead role in many client engagements.
In her new role as Partner, Katharine will continue to be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the firm including financial and human resources management as well as acting as the go to for our team members. Her passion for our clients and the work we do means that she will also maintain an instrumental role with long time clients.
Tanya Neitzert :
Tanya has been part of the Boreala team since January 2016. With an extensive background as a HR Practitioner, Tanya’s experience has been invaluable in leading many strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development initiatives with our clients, whilst also supporting the Boreala team in the role of Head of People & Culture. Tanya has played an instrumental role in internal projects and lead the team through initiatives such as the review of our organizational values in 2017 and the implementation of our Employee Value Proposition as well as the standardization of our internal practices.
In her new role as Partner, Tanya will be responsible for overseeing all projects within our consulting practice to ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet client needs, consistency of quality and the application best practice methodology to all deliverables. Tanya will also continue to play a lead role with key clients.
Lyndsy Evenden :
Lyndsy is one of the newer additions to Boreala, joining the Leadership team in January 2018. Over the past 18 months, Lyndsy has identified and implemented key initiatives around the strategic orientations of the firm, the account management function and Boreala’s service offering and branding. Lyndsy has a strong background in strategic account management, partnering with clients to fully understand their business and making recommendations for solutions that deliver improved operational results.
In her new role as Partner, Lyndsy will continue to develop new client and partnership relationships and seek out opportunities to grow the firm and further enhance our solutions and client services.
